Todd Derstine has an undergraduate degree in theology and music from Ambassador College, Pasadena, Cal. He became a follower of Yeshua and began studying the scriptures at the age of 18. Early on he came to realize the holy days and Sabbaths of Leviticus 23 “are shadows of things coming.”
“The Lord prepared a table for me, and has fed me with knowledge and understanding, always among those interested in taking the scriptures literally, and interested in the original Hebrew and Greek. The key to a good understanding is Ps. 111:10–If you keep God’s commandments, He will put the right books to study into your hands.”
Todd Derstine has engaged knowledge-hungry audiences throughout the country since 1985, teaching at Feast of Tabernacles and Passover observances. His self-supporting ministry as a pianist/singer for the senior community nationwide leaves him un-beholden to tithe-payers, Church hierarchies, and intra-Church influence peddling. He trusts Him “Who opens, and no man shuts,” to provide teaching opportunities and a platform for warning the Church and the nation of the pain and disappointment that await the majority of the generation of corruption; while defining clearly Yahweh’s remedial program to bring His Son’s Body of Believers to perfection and holiness post-Second Coming.
His presentations are content-rich, analytical, tightly reasoned, and require objectivity and a non-television mentality to digest. He believes all may prophesy (I Cor. 14:29-33), that all may learn and be edified. Speakers should be interruptible, so that points can be clarified. The Greek word for preaching is dialogue!
